By Viktor E. Frankl

Why read it:
The meaning of life according to Viktor Frankl lies in finding a purpose and taking responsibility for other human beings and ourselves.

A short - sharp - life changing read. written after world war ||… by a psychologist in a concentration camp.. Some golden rules of life, inevitably emerged.

Quote: “Those who have a 'why' to live, can bear with almost any 'how'.”

Why read it:
Help Develop self-control and patients as a means of overcoming destructive emotions.

You’ll gasp at how similar your daily thoughts are with Marcus’s.

Written in 180 AD (Just think - Gladiator!) by Marcus Aurelius. An emperor of Rome, and a Stoic.

Why read it: this is a powerful guide for day-to-day living and stresses the importance of living in the present moment and avoiding thoughts of the past or future.

Why read it: Does this behaviour help me become the type of person I wish to be? Does this habit cast a vote for or against my desired identity?Learn real techniques, systems and tools to form new habits and eliminate old ones. This book is ground breaking with an Identity-based habit forming methodology. Focus on who you wish to become!

Why read it: this book sounds like a book for perfectionists. And it is, but also so much more. The titular gifts are courage, compassion, and connection. If you're ready for some deep digging on the way to having more of those qualities in your life, read on…

Why read it: One of the greatest spiritual teachers of the twentieth century shares his wisdom about building loving relationships
